The Dance room of the WRC is the perfect atmosphere. Low brightness, minimal outside noise, plays soothing yoga music during sessions.

Only your body and willingness to push your body limits. Mats and all other yoga items are provided.

Routine utilizes beginner poses and more difficult poses progress as sessions become more frequent.
